Learning Community

As a member of our learning community you are welcome to access and contribute to the various areas listed below. Please remember to acknowledge sources, honor copyrights, and provide your contact information on all postings. We hope you will return often and bring others with you next time.

Discussion Board(Forums)
An area for initiating discussion on topics related to offering a dynamic systems-based approach to rehabilitation. In addition to text postings, you may post papers, graphics, and links for review and commentary. Bring your enthusiasm, questions and insights!

Art Center
One anchor principle of DSR is that our knowledge or 'knowing' is not limited to only conceptual or text expressions. Our extended epistemology, or 'how we come to know reality,' asserts that our patients and we can know through the arts, song, movement, journaling, etc. In this area you are invited to share those works that express such knowing. Consider creating and contributing some of your own or invite patients to do so to aid others in their healing process.

Affiliate Offices
All of our affiliate member's have 'offices' that contain at a minimum their basic contact information. You are invited to 'walk the halls' to meet the diverse and progressive group of professionals working to make rehabilitation more comprehensive and compassionate.

Research Resources
A special section of the discussion board(forums) where you can access bibliographies, post papers for review and comment, acquire ideas for clinical investigation, network with other members, share useful links, and more!

Directory
Search specialty, name or geographic location for affiliate members. A great resource for individuals seeking care or for professionals to make referrals.

Clinical Tools
Search for, or contribute your own tools that address the multiple dynamic systems. Includes patient handouts, exercise directions, and intake forms. Be sure to see the Language Development area where we are building the vocabulary for a multiple systems approach.
